Communion in the parking lot

A short Communion Service was performed in the OSLC parking lot this evening. This is the first time that we have communed together since the middle of March! Twenty-eight people signed up and we were required to bring our own chairs and be masked. Pastor Joel did a brief Order of Confession to start the service, a short reading of the Gospel and followed by a single piece of bread for the Communion Host. We then all recited the Lord’s Prayer before returning to our homes. It was very meaningful for those of us who participated!
